Every FLOEA piece is hand-selected, inspected and packed at our studio in China, then sent to you by tracked international shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.
A Video of Your Piece
Every baroque pearl is one of a kind. Before we ship, we'll email you a short video of the exact piece you're receiving.
Australia
Complimentary tracked shipping on all orders. Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days after dispatch.
International
Complimentary tracked shipping on orders over A$300. Orders under A$300 ship for a flat A$15. Delivery times vary by destination and local carrier conditions.
Express Shipping
We currently offer one tracked shipping service for all orders and are unable to provide express delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to customs, peak seasons, local carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
